Neck & Back Pain

Do you suffer from frequent neck or back pain? If so, physical therapy can help you decrease this pain and help you increase and maintain function. You will also learn new ways to maintain this function and decrease your risk for reoccurring neck and back pain.

Sciatic Pain

The Sciatic Nerve starts at the lower back, continues down the buttock and branches out down the length of your leg to your foot. If you are experiencing symptoms in these areas such as pain, numbness, tingling, cramping, burning or weakness you may be suffering from Sciatica. The skilled therapists at Active Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine are well-versed in many techniques and treatments to help you find relief from sciatic pain and problems.
